These Terms & Conditions govern the ache67 platform (website: ache67.com) and all its services. "ache67", "we", and "us" refer to the operating entity behind this platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to anyone who has registered on ache67.

Ache67 operates under an international gaming license. We only provide services in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your region.

By accessing ache67, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• The transaction ID (TxnID) of your deposit must be entered correctly. Incorrect details may result in the deposit being cancelled.
• Ache67 charges no transaction fees. However, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, ache67 reserves the right to delay payment until verification is complete.

All bonuses and promotions at ache67 come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit (up to ৳10,000). A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. The minimum odds per bet must be 1.5 or higher.
• Multiple members from the same household or device are not eligible to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Ache67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Reward Points are valid for 365 days. Any unused points will expire at the end of this period.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ache67:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless ache67 itself initiates the cancellation.
• Ache67 reserves the right to void any bet that was processed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In live betting, bets will always be processed at the updated odds to account for any delays in internet connectivity.
• Accumulator / Multi-Event Bets: If an event is cancelled, it will be excluded and the remaining selections in the bet will be settled accordingly.
• Any attempt to win through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure.

All game outcomes on ache67 are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), verified by an independent third party — making it impossible for any party to influence results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ache67:

• Managing multiple accounts: Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under multiple identities or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Money Laundering: ache67 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy and reports any suspicious transactions.
• Hacking or Cheating: Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Third-Party Transactions: Deposits or withdrawals using another person's account.

Ache67 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance without prior notice if any of the above rules are violated.
